Parties

UseTimer (https://usetimer.app) is operated by Avi Ezra, Israel. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Contact: [email protected].

Your account

Provide a valid email address, keep your password secret and tell us about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity in your account and through API keys you create. You must be at least 16.

Your data

Data you enter is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display it to run the service. In a shared workspace, its owner and administrators decide who sees and edits workspace data.

Acceptable use

No unlawful activity, attacks on the service, attempts to access others' data, abusive load or unsolicited email. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.

API and third parties

API, webhook and import use is subject to these terms and published rate limits. Third-party services you connect (for example Toggl or calendars) are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Intellectual property

The service, code, design, marks and documentation belong to the operator. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it under these terms. Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell it except where the law expressly allows. We may use feedback you send without obligation.

Shared links

Anyone holding a shared report link can view that report until it expires or you revoke it. Share links only with intended recipients.

Plans, prices and payment

• Free: a free plan ($0).
• Pro: $7 per month or $72 per year.
• Team: $10 per active member per month or $96 per active member per year. Member quantity is selected at checkout.

Prices are in US dollars (USD), before VAT where applicable. The final total, taxes, billing currency, period and renewal details are shown at checkout before confirmation. Fiduso handles checkout, billing and invoices. Link your UseTimer and Fiduso accounts to assign the purchase; linking alone does not charge you. UseTimer receives identity-link and entitlement information as described in the privacy policy, not credit-card details.

Cancellation and refunds

Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month or year; paid access remains active until then. The commercial policy offers a full refund within 14 days of payment if the paid plan has not been used, and a prorated refund for a mid-period upgrade or a prorated service-outage credit. These terms and the policy do not restrict mandatory cancellation, refund or other remedies under applicable law; the unused-plan condition and 14-day limit do not limit those rights. See the cancellation and refund policy for details and requests.

For monthly plans, a failed renewal charge does not extend paid-feature access beyond the paid period end. Payment within the 7-day recovery window from that end restores access without changing the renewal date; there is no grace-period paid access. Without payment within that window, the subscription is cancelled for nonpayment. Ending a paid plan does not delete work data, and data export in CSV, XLSX, JSON and HTML remains free; PDF export requires Pro or Team.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but it is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Export important data regularly. We will give at least 30 days' notice before shutting the service down and allow export.

Liability

Reports, totals and financial estimates are aids; check them before invoicing, payroll or filing. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Ending

You may stop at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion is not a substitute for requesting subscription cancellation or a refund; send an explicit request under the cancellation and refund policy. Data deletion follows the privacy policy.

Indemnity and notices

You will indemnify the operator against third-party claims arising from content you enter or use that breaks these terms or the law, subject to prompt notice and the chance to defend. Notices to you go to your account email or appear in the app; notices to us go to [email protected].

Changes and law

Updates are published here, with advance notice of material changes. Israeli law applies, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights and non-waivable jurisdiction rules under applicable law.

General

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account without our consent; the operator may transfer the service to a successor that assumes its obligations. See also the accessibility statement. These terms cover site and service use; the privacy and cancellation/refund policies supplement them. No provision limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
